Please read these terms carefully before using the hj999 platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and us.

1 Introduction & Applicability

hj999 ("Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and hj999.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account on hj999 and use any gaming or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. Accounts of users under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

We may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in restricted withdrawals or account activity. Registering with false information will result in account termination.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to update your account immediately if any information changes.

3.2 Password & Login Security

  • Keep your login credentials completely confidential — never share them with any third party.
  • If you log in from someone else's device, log out at the end of the session.
  • If you suspect your password has been stolen or your account accessed without authorization, notify support immediately.
  • You are responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Closure

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for any reason — particularly in cases of fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activity.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on hj999 are currently supported through the following mobile banking methods:

  • bKash — the most widely used mobile wallet in the country
  • Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
  • Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
  • Upay — another trusted mobile payment solution

4.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Some cases may take additional time due to identity verification or other reasons.

4.4 Transaction Validity

Transactions must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and funds may be forfeited without return in such cases.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳20,000 in bets must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in closure of the associated accounts.
  • Specific terms for ongoing promotions will be stated separately on the promotions page.
  • hj999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

hj999 uses SSL encryption and fair play technology to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Playing games using software, bots, or automated tools
  • Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug in the platform
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate games
  • Conducting any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems

6.3 Right to Cancel Bets

hj999 reserves the right to cancel any bet if a technical error or unusual activity is detected. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

7 VIP Program

The hj999 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback and additional benefits:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to change and hj999 reserves the right to modify the program at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

hj999 places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. The following tools are available on our platform:

In such situations, hj999's liability will be limited and, in the case of direct financial loss, will only be accepted up to the amount of the relevant transaction.

hj999 is not liable in any situation relating to game outcomes where the user's own actions are responsible.

12 Changes to Terms

hj999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the website for significant changes. If you continue using the platform after changes are made, you will be considered to have agreed to the updated Terms.

14.1 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before closure.

14.2 Termination by hj999

We reserve the right to close any account due to a material breach of Terms, evidence of fraud, or legal requirements. In such cases, an attempt will be made to return any valid balance; however, bonus balances may be forfeited in the event of a terms violation.
